I can't even begin to express how grateful we are that we found Anita, Hugh, Marilee and the team at Savanna Realtors. Buying a home can be super stressful because you don't know what you don't know... but Anita knows. Or she will find out for you. The plethora of avenues on our adventure of buying this home has been plentiful and nerve-wracking... but Anita got us through to the end... and even after the ink had dried, she made sure we were not left hanging.

With a smile and great, GREAT patience (first-time home-sellers here), he helped us every step of the way, walking us through the process, holding our hands when necessary (which was a LOT), keeping things moving, making sure all our bases were covered (there are a LOT of bases in home selling/buying), helping us find the right people, and gifting us with his years of experience and knowledge. We ended up selling her house for more than we thought it was worth (and then over asking as well) solely because of his experience with the market and skill as a negotiator.

He was so great that we used him again when we purchased our new home. Again, he walked with us, kept us calm and level-headed, helped us find the right inspectors (SO worth the time and expense), and nailed the negotiations, getting us the house we wanted for under asking, and credits on top - even though that hurt his bottom line. He never once complained about our incessant questions, nerves or neuroses - just gave us everything he had.

Simply brilliant - I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Anita helped me purchase my first home and I had a wonderful experience with her. Hugh and Anita came through another friend's referral, and I am so glad that I decided to work with them.

I was already researching the properties myself, but felt like I needed someone to support and help me walk through the process once I write an offer. I was interacting with different agents and it was important that I felt the agent that I ended up working with had my best interest in mind. Anita proved this to me from the get go as I had visited a property that had an exterior that was of concerns to me. She offered her advise against going with it from the standpoint of a mother, rather than a salesperson whose sole purpose was to make a commission. I knew Anita was the one after this encounter.

During the entire home purchasing process, Anita was extremely patient and offered her advice, but also listened to my concerns and helped me make some great decisions. She was thoughtful in the negotiation process that resulted in a final price that I was comfortable with. Anita was always so attentive and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) thoroughly, ensuring that I knew all my options every step of the way.

Anita helped me purchase my dream first home. Although I won't be purchasing a property any time soon, I would recommend Anita and Hugh to my friends and I know that the next time I purchase, Anita and Hugh will be the one that I'm calling.

It's been a week since we moved to a new home, but it's unbelievable that closing and moving happened within two weeks. Yes. Ten days! We had ten days of loan closing, and due to the timing of our lease, we moved the day after the closing. Behind the scenes, Anita walked us through every single step that we could've easily gotten lost and heavily worried.
We approached the 1% broker right after we found a few houses of interest. Then, Anita reached out to us, and she was immediately on all properties and soon after discussed with us multiple times her findings. Further, she educated us on what we should pay attention to as well as what to avoid. The negotiations are always tough, but we found it was rather smooth, with excellent communication skillset that she is gifted. Again, we had a very tight timeline, and thus could not afford any delays where Anita arranged for the home inspection timely and ensured the conversation between the two parties kept going.
We were blessed and lucky to have Anita and highly recommended working with her. We worked with several realtors in the past but found Anita was exceptionally good at communication and also hard-working, as you would hear from her 24/7.
