I just sold my first house a couple days ago using #1 and Jamie Hunt was awesome! She lit a fire under our butts, we didn’t know we needed, and got us moving, figuratively and literally. We never listed on the market, only exclusively through #1 and the second person to see our house bought it! No one knew our house was even for sale! First of all Paul Wells and his team were amazing. Got our house listed and sold in 30 hours, yes thats correct. We had a few hiccups before closing, but Paul was able to get things done for us. Thank you to Bonnie Berry for being there when Paul was called out of town. Also a shout out to Larry and Kim for stepping in on final walk thru, and helping with the final hurdle. Overall I highly recommend #1 Properties, I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and had the best Realtor in Cheyenne. Thanks Paul

I cannot recommend a real estate agent more than I would recommend Katherine Fender with #1 Properties of Cheyenne. She is friendly and professional, but most importantly she is both a skilled seller's agent, and a thorough buyer's agent. Katherine is truly great at what she does, please allow me to share with you a few reasons why you should choose her to help you based on my personal experience working with her. At the beginning of 2020, Katherine both sold a home for us and also helped us buy our current home. She went out of her way to ensure our sale and our purchase went very smoothly. She took the time to show us several homes we were interested in, until we settled on one and made an offer. She made the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new one so much easier on us because we could trust that she was on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, as well as all the critical communication with other real estate agents, loan underwriters, home inspectors and everyone else involved in both buying and selling property. She is a skilled negotiator and her abilities in this area made us extra money in the sale of our last house, and also saved us money on the purchase of our new one. She made sure we were well informed all the way through closing on both properties, and even checked in with us beyond that to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything she had helped us with. She was never too busy to pick up her phone and answer any of our questions, and always took the time to explain things we didn't understand.
