Todo fue excelente, muy cómodo y con mucho espacio. Como observación la puerta del horno se encuentra con la manilla dañada y los televisores no tenían canales. Todo lo demás fue muy bonito y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia.

I had one of the most incredible summer getaway with my family at this beautiful house. We were blown away by how well equipped and beautifully decorated everything was. The bedrooms were cozy and Disney thematic, and the kids absolutely adored them. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool where we spent hours of fun under the sun. The BBQ area was perfect for our family dinners, and the game room provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults. Oh, the resort is also amazing! We can't wait to return next summer for another unforgettable vacation experience 🙂

I am rating this house at a zero rating and if there was a below zero I would rate it at below zero. When I waked in to unlock the main door to enter the house the door was left unlocked and open I walk in and the patio doors both open and unlocked. The floors were dirty. We found other peoples blondes everywhere on the second floor. And going into the bedrooms all the mattress protectors in the all of the bedrooms had blood stains and pee on them. We found a sewing needle on the carpet on the second floor. Now going down to the pool the pool was gross and disgusting. The water was green and full of hair and garbage. The jacuzzi never worked for us the water was always cold and if we turned it on to make it warm the jacuzzi would empty out its water. We did have maintenance come and change one of the mattress protectors and also pool services to clean the old water and give some clean pool water and even with that and kept texting the owner for the jacuzzi to get fixed it never got fixed. Basically the house was filthy and our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we wanted to be.

Upon arrival everything seemed great. It was very late when we arrived so we were not able to go to the grocery until the next morning. Upon putting our groceries in the refrigerator and starting lunch 2 hours later, I realized that the bottled waters that I'd put in the freezer had still not frozen, which concerned me about what the refrigerator was doing. The groceries that were placed in the refrigerator were just very cool to the touch. We had four children and three adults. Meat, dairy , fruit and milk products were going to go to waste. Temp was 57° in the frig. I called immediately on Friday before office closed letting them know our refrigerator was not working properly
Maintenance did come out within a couple of hours to let me know that the refrigerator motor was gone bad. But it would be Monday before the part could be replaced!! Which was very concerning to me and really unacceptable. I was thankful that I was brought a cooler with two bags of ice to get us through the weekend. But again, I'm hoping for refund for that inconvenience. The pool area was beautiful and it was heated just like I had asked. However, the furniture in the pool area, all of the legs on the tables and the chairs and the chaise lounges were beginning to rust and rot and left pieces and shards of the metal material underneath them which I had to be on alert with my little grandson's out there with no shoes on. So my first morning was spent sweeping rust pieces into a corner. But again those outdoor tables and chairs and Chase lounges do need to be replaced. The light did not work on either high or low underneath the microwave, which that was the first thing I noticed and I thought now it's okay we could live with that. It was just very anxiety ridden 4 days!!! However, the bedrooms were comfy. The hideaway club was fun for the boys. I just had wished that one of those pools would have been heated there!
Again, I'm thankful I chose to have our pool heated at the room. I'm hoping someone would reach out to me about a refund. Again, not having a refrigerator was unacceptable . Thank you. Robin McCue

From the moment we inquired about the property to the day we checked out, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. The home was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect summer getaway. Do NOT rent from this company. They cancelled our reservation without notice - AFTER they took our money. I called and spoke to Edwardo who indicated he called but didn't leave any messages. I asked for his supervisor and he blatantly said - I'm in charge. I don't have a supervisor and hung up the phone. I called back and was again told that he was not going to send the refund transaction receipt and to "call my bank" . The customer service is appalling. If you are going to rent from anyone - do yourself a favor - do not use this scammer company.

Had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, had a ton of space and the kids loved the pool! It was also super close to all the parks and attractions! Would stay here again for sure!
