I met Vinnie at an open house (actually a vacant buildable lot showing ) we were informed all of the utilities were in and to the property line, when I queried Vinny as to what it may cost to extend them to the proposed structure , he literally used his iPhone right then and there gave me the calculations for powers sewer ,water, and cable TV all the undergrounds utilities necessary to make the proposed structure livable . I was so impressed I actually checked out his numbers he wasn’t far off . For a realtor he was and is very knowledgeable in construction costs.My partner and I put in an offer and two days later it was excepted and now we’re off to the building department . We’re happy to say we’re in negotiations for 2 more building lots with Vinny we feel we have made a great contact meeting Vinny. I would highly recommend Vinnie wheather you’re looking for your dream home or a first time spec builder or a seasoned investment developer he’s your man hand down.
