It is an acceptable apartment. The maintenance is not good as I expected. I had a leaking problem and I called the office to get that fixed, but unfortunately the maintenance guy came five times and he did not fix it, so I fixed it by myself. Also, You should keep your apartment very clean, you should clean it every four or five days In order to get rid of those small cockroaches. Also, you need to buy your own air conditioner and microwave. Also, parking is very hard to find.

Nice apartment very clean inside when you move in you get brand new carpets, stove and fridge the foundation is solid concrete. It’s not a luxury apartment but it is well maintained 24/7 the security cameras as very clean and bright you also need a key fob to come in, once you are inside you’ll be happy we’ve been here 1 year now.

This place it’s not the place you want to leave in, it’s cockroaches place, all the smell from others apartments come through vent, the elevators brake down a lot, your car will get flooded in parking lot, if flooding happen. They don’t repair the building, lots of broken walls in all stairs. Good luck finding parking around the building.

Great staff, some of them don’t speak English but always had a smile. My place was really clean with new cabinets and carpets when I first went in. Called to get whatever fixed and they were timely about it! But the neighbors…. The neighbors is what had me want to move out sooner. A lady in my floor was always…Intoxicated… banging on people’s doors, causing so much trouble and has had the cops called on her at least 5 times with no repercussions. The elevators also never work, have been stuck in them at least 6 times and taken the stairs when they weren’t working countless more. If you’re by yourself, great place to be as long as you avoid everyone. But who can beat the price on the place though… 950 for the one bedroom, with everything included besides wifi. 5/5 stars for the staff 100%… 3/5 for the people that live there. -1/5 for the buildings elevators. #HonestReview

The place it's OK not the best looking one... Inside the condos are amazing and look fantastic.... But outside and hallways look like a cheap motel.. (Ramada) budget inn

It's quiet and oh well for the price it's OK
