Stay away from this agency. There were many conflicts of interest during our process with them, and their business ethics practices were questionable at best. I won't begin to go into the whole ordeal that was involved in dealing with them, but it was clear that Wasilik was only looking out for his own self interests, and not for the seller or buyer. It's been a few years since our purchase, but the process still leaves a bitter taste.

Despite some legal and technical complications that we encountered from the Title company, together with Wasilik and his team we got the job done and escrow was closed on December 5th of 2023.
