I have had the displeasure of working with a so called relator who proudly walks around with the Century 21 brand on his clothes and vehicle. Stuart Warner is probably the most rude and disrespectful agent I have ever dealt with. I surely hope Century 21 does a better job with their customer service trainings.

After three years of searching for our first home with other agents and after many rejected offers and an expensive short sale failure, we found John Conca. We were very impressed by his honesty and integrity. Where previous realtors tried to steer us into homes that weren't necessarily"right"for us we found John actually showing us the negatives of the homes we saw, not just the"dream home"aspects. He was also very flexible with his schedule which was important since we were traveling an hour each way to view homes.

After a short three months working with this knowledgeable and pleasant man he found the perfect home for us. John was very helpful navigating the programs available to us and very present during the escrow process. He was communicative and thorough with explaining the options we had, technical terms we didn't understand yet and even the "INS and outs" of living in a completely new area with a colder climate and much more wildlife. I am happy that John was the one who helped us first-timers finally realize our dream of homeownership. We've recommended him often and will continue to do so. I can't imagine anyone being more helpful, we really lucked out by finding him.

This office is impossible to reach. No one returns calls. The agents don't even answer their phones nor return calls or text messages on listings showing available. Not sure if the owners of the properties are aware how badly their properties are being handled and marketed.
