If I could give Amy Beckum 100 stars out of 10, I would. This process of selling my home was smooth and fast. I was going through difficult financial circumstances, and Amy came through like a champion to make sure all parts of this process of selling my home was successful and not stressful. Amy is patient, upbeat, positive, truthful, and explained the details step by step so that I was always in the know. If you want someone highly knowledgeable in this field, a go-getter, with a good heart who truly cares about your best interest…then this is the agent/realtor for you. There are truly no words to express how much I love and appreciate Amy! I first contacted her in 2022 and then basically “ghosted” her because I got scared and discouraged from the housing market. Two yrs later, I still had our text thread and reached out to her not expecting a response at all. After two years, Amy happily responded within a few minutes (as always unless she with a client) and it took off from there. Not only was she my agent, she was also my Psychologist through this whole process lol. She was willing to be patient to put me in the best home possible. Me being happy was her main objective. I didn’t even expect much, but Amy got me into a gorgeous brand new house. She encouraged me to push past my fears and to broaden some of my expectations. I ended up moving into a city I initially didn’t want to live in, but with Amy’s expertise and support and helping me to open up to new possibilities, I went with it & I couldn’t be any happier and I love where I live!!! She even came and brought me a house warming present a few months after I closed and her gift was specialized just for me. Amy made me feel like I was her only client and like I was family. Even after I closed, I had a million new home owner questions that she happily helped me with and still makes herself available for anything I need to this day! She’s hilarious and has a brightness and joy about her that put my anxiety at ease. She lights up a room. She’s practical yet a go-getter and will make almost anything happen for her clients within her power. I am soooo glad I contacted Amy two years later. It was just something about her that I trusted and respected. She’s my friend now and she will always be a significant person in my life. She knows her stuff and will take care of you. She goes above and beyond for you. Amy got me more than a house, she helped me believe in myself again.

I hadn't sold a house in years but Amy made things go smooth until the buyer backed out at the last minute. I had already moved into my new house before escrow closed and would have to vacate unless my house was sold and closed in 30 days. Amy stepped up and put on her game face and had my house sold and closed escrow in 9 days allowing me to stay. This girl has talent and truly cares about her clients. I couldn't recommend going to anyone but Amy.
