The smoothest experience ever.. from the first time I went into office, til I got my key. From the check list to everything got fixed. I’m satisfied here. They are on top of everything, following up on every step from set up washier & dryer or fixing power plugs or fixing a tiny nail that bothered me. I don’t see whats the reason people give 1 star and wrote stuffs didn’t even make sense. Staffs here are very respectful, responsible, friendly, and professional. With this price I paid and services I got, im happy I found here. Moved in date 10/11/2024

I've recently moved to On The Green, and I am really surprised by the recent reviews. I have not witnessed any homeless or breakins. There is a nightly security car I have seen driving in the parking lot of several occassions. A neighbor did tell me that there was a homeless camp outside the gate a few months ago, but it's not there anymore. The app to open the mailroom is working fine so I haven’t had any issues with that. The same app is used to work the gates. The apartment was clean and move in ready when I picked up my keys to move in. I really like the large balconies. The office staff seemed very friendly and helpful. I'll let you know if anything changes.

This apartment community really is a gem just North of Austin Texas! The amenities are top notch - especially including spaces for children to play. Parking is always available and the property itself is well kept. The maintenance team and office staff really go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy and well accommodated. I highly recommend living here!

Very mediocre at best experience here. Outdated apartments that still haven't had water damage from the big freeze fixed. The front gate is constantly broken. You can't access your mailbox outside of office hours because that's broken too so they put a bike lock on it. They also don't tell you when the boxes are broken into and people steal your mail. Parking will be difficult if you get home late. Management is not very friendly nor helpful. Pool has been down for months. They don't clean/paint between tenants.
The handymen are super nice and they have a few big trees, that's all this place has going for them. You can do better for this price. Here's some pictures of their move-in ready apartments.

Edit to add: Make sure you take pictures when you move in. After moving out, they tried charging me $100 to fix something that was broken before I ever moved in. Something they promised would be fixed within a few weeks of me moving in. I'm excited to see if they send this to collections because I'd be happy to take their money in small claims court.

Unfortunately this community security has degraded a lot, it is becoming the center of homeless folks running all around and breaking in to apartments.There were three break-ins happened in last one month in the community and had informed to community management several times to take necessary action on this but so far there is nothing has been done.
Very disappointed by the unprofessional handling of such serious security concerns!

Do not live here. In the summer it’s extremely hot and they have not fixed the AC despite 7 work orders for it in particular through the entire lease (pictures below). When I first moved in the toilet didn’t flush, the dishwasher does not clean dishes I have to hand wash everything, the washer and dryer we rent out don’t work and we have to use the laundry mat, there’s black mold seeping through the walls, there’s a huge homeless camp right behind the apartment gate that walk through the apartment at will, I didn’t know until I moved in that most of my outlets wouldn’t work, the apartment gates are often broken, the mail room got broken into. This place is a nightmare.
