Christina, Eidi, and Alina have been the most unpleasant to work with. Don't return emails, don't handle complaints, and worst of all don't seem to respect the property owners finances. Was left to deal with FECES backing up and over flowing from my toilet and bath tub. Both myself and my neighbor submitted tickets and mine was urgent. I was repeatedly told they had contacted plumbers for several hours only to find out they had never spoken to anyone and had me waiting around for them when no one was coming. Once I got personally involved after speaking to Christina and Eidi refused to help since "that's not her job" I had to post to Facebook, call friends to help contact the plumbers and was able to get TWO plumbers on the phone in 20 minutes and at my front door within the hour. To save the carpet I literally was dumping buckets of SEWAGE WATER from the toilet to the bathtub. Had I not taken this action the owner of this property would be paying for new carpets, paying for me to move to another unit. It's now TWO DAYS since this happened and STILL no one has called to apologize or check in. I received an email and when I responded with my complaints of course no response from Eidi or Alina. Am waiting to hear back when they plan to do a walk through and get the bathroom base boards and floor replaced after SEWAGE WATER had spilled onto the floor but I never received a confirmation, in fact I never was even asked what time I was available was just told what time they would come which I said did not work for me and still no response (I already missed a full day of work due to their negligence managing this issue). This sewage problem has happened before I was told by the neighbors and because all units share the same sewage lines my issue was being exacerbated by the other tenants using their water. Wellspring was already aware of this issue and yet didn't even bother to reach out to those tenants to reduce water usage which would have kept me from having to dump buckets of FECES WATER. Christina was apparently in charge of handling the emergency and I could hear ppl laughing in the background and her slurring her words sounding intoxicated. The most rude and unprofessional property management company I've had the unpleasant misfortune of dealing with. At least as a tenant I don't have to stay past my lease agreement but I feel sorry for property owners who think their properties are being taken care of but really they're being neglected causing higher costs of maintenance and cleaning/repairs and causing property owners to lose good tenants and increasing turn over. I'm still waiting on a response for an appointment in office since you're not "allowed" to go to the office without an appointment and have yet to hear back. Seems this entire office has a "stick your head in the sand" approach to management and it is quite alarming. I was lucky this happened during cool temps...I couldn't use the swamp cooler for AC because it uses WATER and smelled like sewage. Had this happened in July when it's +110 it would be a SERIOUS health matter being in the unit with no water, backed up SEWAGE, and no AC. If you value your property and well being as a tenant or property owner find another company to rent from. I regret renting from them. Quick to take my money and sign my lease and 8 months in first issue this is how I'm treated....and for the record I pay my rent on time. I am a good tenant
There's no excuse here just negligence and laziness.
