I did my research finding the right property manager and I found them to be the most fair, simple, and straight forward.

The staff is very nice and professional. They are tentative and response within a very timely manner.

I’ve recommended them to my neighbor, who now uses them as a property manager, and both of us have enjoined how their service.

Is it normal for a property management to block your email after they send you an unfair invoice after you’ve moved out hmm… very unprofessional staff. I would never let anyone I know rent from these people even in their darkest of needy hours.

They do not refund your deposit even after you pay the amount they asked for cleaning and painting.

So far, they're pretty good! Upon moving into our rental, there were a few problems that they quickly fixed. A few months in, and there was a problem with carpet that reeked of cat urine that we hadn't noticed at first. I made a complaint on a Monday, they confirmed that they were working on it the same day. Someone came out to inspect the problem on Tuesday and the carpet was replaced on Wednesday. I was really surprised how quickly they took care of the problem!

As a young renter/possible future homeowner, My wife and I we're utterly discouraged to find out that they gather the biggest pool of people they can to tour one house. They then only choose the most top-tier applicant. Now my wife and I are not perfect but we're definitely notable in the sense of trying for our credit (740) for our income. My gut tells me this is wrong to do to people. And again as young renters this is completely discouraging, unethical and it shows that they only treat their tenants as assets never as people. They are only in it for the investment. So after I would be paying them $75 on my credit takes a huge dip I'm not even guaranteed a spot cuz they have 10 other applicants at the same time they're juggling. Who cares right

I personally am very greatful to have been given a chance for my son, and I to have a home again. When going through the most difficult time in my life they helped me. Its been 3 years now. I appreciate what they did for us every day. Thank you Tammy & heritege.

Awful!! The landlord i had brought the apartments once we were already living in them. He decided to redo the four apartments his self. So he spent a lot of time there. He got super odd with me. He made a racial comment to me before even. I am a mixed race.my rent was always paid. Every time I stepped outside he would talk to me and just be super rude. The apartment next to me got broken into. Mind you that the location is in linda. The owner blamed me. Not sure why being that am mostly at work anyways. After he blamed me, he gave me a eviction notice. I stopped paying rent after this and took them to court. Yes... yes i know. I should have kept paying rent. I knew I would lose against them anyways. Am also a single parent and needed to save my money for a different place. Now with a eviction on my record...
