Yes, we really did “Experience the Difference.” We were introduced to Tim, Alan & Chris, through a good friend of ours. Tim is absolutely amazing!!! I bought and sold my house with him and have no doubt he will be the BEST Realtor I ever meet. He has a way about him that lets you know he cares about you as an individual and not as a commission (like the others in the area).

We just sold a home with Tim and could not be happier. We had a challenging sale since we had only lived in the house 11 months. I spoke with a different realtor to begin with and she told us we would have to eat about $18,000 to get out of the house! I saw a rave review of Tim on a neighborhood page so I contacted him for a second opinion. He took on our challenge with enthusiasm and we ended up making a bit on the sale!
