I had the good fortune of having a friend suggest Audrey Cowan through Schultz Realty, to be my realtor for a property outside of Antonito, CO. Audrey was extremely helpful in the pricing, especially since there were so few Comparables.
I assumed it would take at least a year to sell my home, but Audrey was able to sell it in a matter of months, even after taking it off the market for the winter.
The negotiations went smoothly and I believe both parties were happy with the results. Audrey is easy going, enjoyable to work with and great in communication. I am very happy the price I received for my home and the closing was easy due to Audrey's expertise and experience.
