Adam is obviously a junior at this company, who promises a lot and has ZERO follow through. He worked for the sellers in a real estate deal in which I was the buyer. In order to get the deal done, Adam promised to remove old paint from the garage, take away all the garbage and kids toys from the side of the house. Remove the sign and fill in the hole in the yard, take the lock box off the front door.
We have been in the house for a week and Adam has done nothing!!
