Finally leaving a review now that I don’t personally know anyone that lives here and management can’t be rude or petty towards them or myself. I’ll keep it short and sweet.

Management was absolutely terrible- Nina and Danielle specifically.
Parking is a nightmare, if you can find any.
Safety is not existent- had my plates stolen without even an email back from management.

Tons of other places for the same price that are worth your time. Look elsewhere.

Isaac and Bianca are absolutely amazing! They have always responded quickly and efficiently. I had lived in apartments my whole life and they are the best maintenance crew I've ever seen.

The place is well built and then furnished with the cheapest appliances. In general I have found every interaction with management to be disappointing. I currently have a maintenance request to fix a broken dishwasher that no one responded to for over a month. And that’s after talking to the manager.

Management is awful. I emailed requesting information about an application to eventually be added to my gfs apartment lease. No response, instead they call my gf saying that she cannot speak with me regarding her lease, which is understandable but all I needed was application information.

The parking situation is ridiculous. They have designated parking for guests which is wonderful but you need to pay a $10 overnight guest permit. Okay whatever their rules…. Well even if you pay your permit and park in the designated area you’ll still get booted, pay $165 fine to remove the boot, only for the boot to malfunction and you have to wait for a police office who “may take up to 3 hours” to remove the boot.

Alllllll of this could have been avoided had I received a response to an application which should have been taken care of days ago.

I’m out $165 and 4+ hours of work plus a $10 parking permit which apparently means absolutely nothing.

These apartments aren’t worth the parking situation itself.

My wife and I have been here for almost 2 years. Of the multiple apartment complexes we have both lived in Palisade Park is hands down the best community to be in. The best part of the community is the staff. Christina is the community manager and she is incredible. She's such a kind person and is always so happy and joyful. She's a great leader in the community and truly cares about her tenants. Maintenance is on top of all their work orders and take great pride in their work. They always clean up after they enter and do work in a unit. They keep the grounds in great condition, and are always on top of snow removal. And when the weather warms up they power wash the exterior halls making a clean entrance to the apartment. I have ZERO complaints about this community and I highly recommend it! It's a safe community and there's always kids outside playing. So whether you're single or married there is a place for you at this community.

Horribly managed. On-site manager, Nina, is unresponsive without escalation to off-site upper-management. Don't count on timely maintenance requests either. Currently at 10 days with an un-worked maintenance request and no response from management on an ETA.

Palisade park apartments have been my favorite apartments to live in throughout my entire rental history. Colorado has few and far between complexes that are worth living in, and PP has lived up to my highest expectation. The homes and amenities are wonderful. Karen and Christina have been a joy to communicate with and are always helpful. The maintenance staff is also courteous and fast! They always fix any issues I have quickly and get it done well. I’m sad to be moving from this complex (but I work about 45 minutes away - so it no longer makes sense for me to live here). I highly recommend PP to anyone looking for a home in the area. You will love it!
