Did a week long stay in Blue River with another couple + our kids. The house was incredible and beautiful. Everything was well thought out. The grill was clutch. Outdoor gas fire pit was used every night. The views overlooking the valley was so nice to wake up to every morning. Alpine Management was very responsive, and were able to accommodate us with a pack and play for our daughter. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Alpine edge managed a property I stayed at in blue river. The management team responded to my emails and questions promptly and the property we stayed at was in phenomenal condition. It is always nice to know you can get ahold of someone if needed when staying at a rental property, as things can go wrong. We didn’t need to reach out other than change in check in times but with how promptly they responded throughout the booking process and questions about check in, I knew I would always be able to get ahold of them.

Terrible experience of 3 + years. Do not trust Alpine Edge with the management of your deed-restricted community. They consistently make minimal effort to include community input and are frustratingly unclear in their communication. The contractors they use are unreliable. There is absolutely no follow up to any of the work that is done. Their annual fee increases often exceed 9% Frequent staff turnover leads to constantly shifting interpretations of HOA bylaws and management practices. They fundamentally do not understand how to financially manage these communities. Locals Beware. UPDATE: If you are a local and facing challenges equivalent to these please get involved in movements like pain2power. Thanks! ?

I just stayed at 56 Glenn Eagle Loop, Breckenridge, CO 80401 for three nights. I’d like to tell you how perfect this place is. I’d give it a 10 out of 10!!

Here’s what I loved about it! It’s a gorgeous custom home, apparently brand new, and beautifully appointed. It has three levels, with outstanding views of the mountains. The three levels provide a great deal of privacy for everyone staying there. The master suite is enormous, with a beautiful bathroom with a giant shower, soaking tub, and heated floors. The kitchen is appointed with high quality pots, pans, accessories, dishes. Outside there’s a huge hot tub; a lovely round sofa with a fire pit, and a new, high-end grill and pellet smoker. Everything is squeaky clean.

We loved staying here and hope to return with a big family crowd. It’s close to the town of Breckenridge and a multitude of outstanding hikes for every level of hiker or biker. We got out and about a lot but also enjoyed hanging out in the home, with the fireplace turned on, watching giant screened TVs fully loaded with streaming services like Netflix.

Really I felt like I was staying in someone’s beautiful, new, huge home. Checkin and checkout were easy and seamless. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

We had a blast at Breckenridge and the house was great for our group! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the drive to ski lift was about 12 minutes and super easy to get there. We travel to Breckenridge almost every year and this house was our favorite so far! The indoor hot tub was my favorite because 2 large doors could be opened up to make you feel like you are outside, so once we got acclimated, we would open the doors! The kitchen was stocked so cooking was easy! Everything was clean and in good working condition! We would definitely rent this house again!

My husband and I rented a five bedroom home in Breckenridge, CO for some time away together. The house was beautifully decorated and exceptionally well maintained.

We called the property manager with questions about the whole house audio system. That turned into a pleasant surprise! Someone returned our call quickly. Then put us in touch with the man responsible for IT and audio/visual equipment in the home.

It was a great experience. I will definitely rent other Alpine properties in the future.
