Do not move here!!! We’ve absolutely hated our experience while living here and are definitely not re signing. Management does not do anything to help if you have an issue. I’ve had a neighbor park right in front of my house for almost 6 months and after multiple and multiple emails and visits to the office NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They said they would handle it and put no parking signs 6 months later NOTHING. They have even been snowed in multiple times right in front of our door. There’s nothing luxurious about having a truck blocking your door where you can’t bring groceries in easily and your dogs are constantly bothered by said neighbors due to their loud truck waking us up every morning and in middle of the night. The truck is right in front of our bedroom window and bathroom window so it’s very bothersome. The neighbors have been asked to not park directly IN FRONT Of our house and they basically said f you by continuing to do it. The management ignores my emails and does not care to solve the issue. The first two months or longer our washer and dryer and dishwasher did not work and they took their time in coming to fix it. Overall place is not Luxurious and is cheaply made. I hate writing bad reviews, but I’ve given this place 8 months to make this a positive experience and they ignored my issues constantly! It’s not worth your money moving here!

My husband and I love living here! We like the high ceilings, the beautiful finishes, and our cozy little backyard. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. They also organize fun and thoughtful community events!

This property/management company allows residents to hang political flags from the balconies so that you can see them from I-25. Clearly they do not walk the property let alone care about how it offends others.

Current resident and overall I LoVE our place. Let me start with the positive: we love having our own backyard space. The community has been quiet and with no one living above or below our dogs have been able to relax and enjoy it as well. Front office has been helpful maintenance has always been great, professional and quick to resolve issues. NOT so great..... Parking is the WORST I have ever experienced in an apartment setting. When I get home at 11pm I don't enjoy walking in the dark a long way. I live near the back of the community and on more than one occasion have had to park half way to the front office to find a spot.  Many garages are not being used for cars so more cars in spots, others park for long periods of time without moving, trailers are taking up spots (As long as they are moved often you can park your trailer in a spot). The other issue is because I do live near the back where the trash is. I don't think they expected the volume of trash as it is often piled high on the side of the enclosure and is an eyesore. My intention was to stay for a few years, I love the location, love the overall space but parking is something I can't ignore especially if I am walking half the complex at 11:30 at night.  Assigned parking would be a great option.

Love this community, I really enjoy all the events that they put on for their residents, definitely looking forward to a fun pool party next weekend! The staff is all great too. I have worked with Tayler and she has really made my experience a seamless transition and eased any concerns I may have had. She’s super easy to work with and it’s nice knowing there is a friendly face to help me if needed!

I have been living in the community apartments for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From day one, I was welcomed with open arms, and the sense of community here is simply unmatched. The grounds are always impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch.
