If there were an option for 0 starts i would choose that. These people are not respectful of your time or living space. The owner of our house has had to call them twice to tell them they need to be giving 24 hour notice before entering for a house showing, and these people are still just showing up whenever they want. Not only that, but when asking for the 3rd time to please give 24 hour notice before entering, Jeff became rude and hostile over text. Other times, they haven't communicated to us that there is a showing and they don't show up either. So there is just a group of random people knocking at our door at 3 pm on a tuesday. We've given tours to 5 different groups because CO dream properties failed to show up to their own tour and failed to let the tenants know they'd be entering. DO NOT use these people at all costs.

I would not choose to work with Colorado Dream Properties again. Poor communication from the start which continues. Was given requested information months later after prompting - even then, the information was wrong and I had to seek out the right information myself. Was given a key to a different home at move in (could only use the garage to leave my house). Have asked on numerous occasions for HOA rules and regulations- still have not received it but did receive an email from Colorado Dream Properties explaining I would be required to pay any fines levied by the HOA (I don’t know the rules - how can I follow them). Positive: on the two occasions I needed support from the front office staff: I received excellent service. Overall severely disappointed. In my 25+ years of renting - I have never had such a poor experience

I've not had hot water since July 12th. Today is July 28th. Multiple calls, multiple tickets opened, multiple text messages. No one is communicating. Communication with them has been terrible since day one. It took weeks for them to give me the correct mailbox number.
