Hoy llegue al departamento que PAGO y me encuentro con la noticia que NO puedo abrir mi puerta, tube que subirme al segundo piso y entrar por la ventana porque cambiaron la chapa sin NINGÚN PERMISO PARA ENTRAR AL DEPARTAMENTO O ALGUNA NOTA DE QUE CAMBIARÍAN LA CHAPA DE ALGÚN DÍA ANTERIOR Actualmente no tengo llaves de mi casa!!! ES INCREÍBLE que tube que brincar la ventana para poder abrir la puerta de mi casa que pago!!!! ELLOS PUEDEN ENTRAR A TU DEPARTAMENTO SIN TU CONSENTIMIENTO O NOTA DEL DÍA ANTERIOR !!!!! Tengan mucho cuidado con eso!!!!!! Y YO HAGO RESPONSABLES A LAS PERSONAS QUE ENTRARON POR SI SE ME PERDIÓ ALGO!

Your home should be your sanctuary and Marquis Castle Pines was my haven until I recently relocated to Central Park area.

While this is an older community, it offers such a community of peace and contentment. Not too many choices in this area; however, this feels more like condo living than apartment living. Love the options of having a garage and private entrances to each unit. Johele is the most incredible maintenance supervisor and his team from Nate to Spencer are really attentive to the needs of residents. From securing snow plows on those blistery winter days to fixing my window leaks during the torrential rain.

Tracy is a wonderful community manager who ensures that this place is well maintained, residents are engaged and appreciated with so many events from food truck Thursdays to Monday football get togethers. Tyson is always so kind, friendly, professional and well deserved promotion to Assistant Community Manager. Leasing agents like Cami and Brandy are so welcoming and friendly. It is so well maintained here by the staff. You will like any place have outlier neighbors who don't abide by the community rules. But the staff is quick to address any issues or complaints of noise.

In my opinion, the 2B floor plan is the best w1ith its surround bay windows perfect for plant lovers like myself. The patio is large enough to accommodate a loveseat and coffee chairs and more plants. Biggest bonus is the two car garage. The 2A is great for roommate situations because both bedrooms have walk in closets and on separate sides of the unit. However, it is only a one car garage but has extra storage under the stairs within the garage. If you are a singleton or couple, opt for the 1A garage because have a nice size patio, a built-in work desk in your master and the closet is perfect for your collection of slinky dresses or hoodies. Building 4 is fantastic for getting afternoon sun and being central to the King Soopers and the eateries in the area. Building 25 has the quietest neighbors and ease of getting to the gym and pool.

This little gem was like living in my real-life Lifetime love story. My residence here was unforgettable as the memories and people I got to call my happy circle.

The maintenance staff at the Marquis at Castle Pines is absolutely amazing. Late yesterday we experienced an Air Conditioner failure. Xavier responded quickly in an attempt to identify the fault. A portable AC unit was brought in as darkness made troubleshooting very difficult. Joel and Xavier returned first thing the next morning and resolved the issue by replacing a defective relay as daylight provided a better view for isolation, and replacement. Thank you!

This evening my deadbolt got stuck and I was locked out after hours. The maintenance person (Spencer) came over promptly and not only swapped out my lock but he also replaced my smoke alarm for me. Spencer was super friendly, thorough, and went the extra mile to make sure he resolved all he could while he was here to make sure I didnt have any further issues.
Great work! I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance team here!

I have lived here for around 9 years. The maintenance crew, specifically, Yoel is incredible. He has always gone out of his way with any issues. Today Yoel and Spencer took care of some bad faucet valves, but also noticed I had a few light bulbs out. Without hesitation, they took care of them as well. 5 stars to these fine men!!

Extremely friendly, My apartment was impeccable upon move in. Staff really seemed to care. I haven't met a not nice person here neighbor or staff. The grounds are well maintained, The pool is super clean, And I always see maintenance on golf carts being attentive to other guests. So far this has been the best apartment experience I've ever had. (Incredible views too! And it's a walk away to a supermarket, and a hop away from the library.)

UPDATE: Been here for a year and maintenance is still professional, helpful, and timely. Best maintenance experience I've had at any apartment. Spencer, Xavier are wonderful and kind!

Maintenance: Our kitchen sink busted during the night and Xavier was there first thing this morning. He quickly replaced the faucet and had our pressure back. Xavier is a super nice man, always so polite and helpful. Always says hello in passing and there if you need any help. He’s a great and hard worker at the Marquis
