I'd like to share my gratitude for the stellar service that this complex has shown to our family in a time of need. They not only provided a beautiful clubhouse for my mother's celebration of life but went above and beyond to help us get it all ready for the day. We can't thank you all enough for your kindness and professionalism. The flowers were also a thoughtful special gift. You all are so wonderful!! Mom always enjoyed living there for the past 13 years, and always spoke so highly of all the staff. We appreciate you so very much! ?

I love the location and amenities of this community. The maintenance team is very responsive, and the office staff are friendly and understanding.
Some more complicated work-orders have been slow to resolve, one including a hot water leak I still have and another leaving me to get my own fireplace running. And the resident portal has left me confused about payments a couple times. But the staff still try to go above and beyond when they can, waiving late fees, offering temporary solutions, and just being personable.

This was the WORST place I have ever lived at... From rude leasing staff to incompetent maintenance staff who will clear your work order without even coming out to LOOK at it! I would run FAR away from this place and steer clear from any wasatch property for that matter... they have an abundance of safety issues at this complex none of which will ever be resolved unless you threaten to sue... from dangerous patches of ice right in front of the apartment stairs in the winter to crumbling concrete steps as you walk on them or even creepy male residents watching moms and children at the playground and or fallow you in the middle of the night to your apartment. The pool when it's even open is absolutely disgusting and looks like its never cleaned and the hot tub sounds so awful and loud when you turn on the bubbles and looks like it was constructed by a 5 year old. When we moved in we didn't even have our washer and dryer and when I called the leasing office they said it was... as if they were in the unit looking at it! We've had an abundance of maintenance request issues one being we found mold in the dishwasher in our unit and were told on 2 separate occasions that it was paint from my silverware they refused to fix it until I emailed them about being in contact with my lawyer then magically came and replaced it the same day! If you want a "luxury" complex to live at this is the exact opposite and the fact it can even be called luxury online is appalling. If you have children this complex might just be the worst place to live as they have disgusting residents who will harass you by banging on your ceiling why? because you child is WALKING and what does the leasing office or management do? Nothing! the only thing to get them to stop is calling to police on them for harassment and that only stops them for a time until they decide to start doing it again! I even messaged corporate and didn't even get a response from them not even about the unsafe mold in my home! Overall I WOULD NEVER live here again and recommend that no one else should either! Not friends family or strangers... I wouldn't want anyone else to deal with this complex of horrors
And for reference here is pictures of my moldy dishwasher that I was told is paint from my silverware!

Our experience here has been greater than any apartment we've lived in previously. The location is essentially as good as it gets, with spectacular views, access to trails/nature, close to downtown CR, restaurants, easy access to I25 and more! You really have the best of everything here. Furthermore, the staff here have been unlike any other. They are kind, caring, personable, and cooperative. We have already renewed our lease here and will continue to until we are ready to be homeowners. I am thankful and grateful for this great experience and all of those that make it so. I would recommend this property to any friend or family member.

My husband and I have lived here for four years and just renewed for a fifth - we absolutely love it!

It feels like we're in our own little neighborhood, there are always families outside with their kids in the playground that they have onsite. The staff is super helpful and friendly - our dog is always offered treats when we walk by the maintenance crew (even if he's too old to see them)! We have always gotten swift responses from everyone when needed.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Echo Ridge maintenance team. I had a few 'minor items' that as I let stack up, turned into a 6+ fixes.. I put in my order and BOOM! Within 24 hours everything was DONE. I really expected at least a week. They were ON IT. So grateful for my 'list' to be tackled immediately. #benefitsofapartmentliving #honeydoDONE

Me and my boyfriend expected to move to Denver but the view and location of this complex changed our minds completely. The apartments are spacious with large balconies. Skylar, in leasing office was very professional, kind, and informative. Even the property manager was kind. Not to mention the maintenance staff is attentive and quick to respond to requests. Parking was no issue, plenty of spaces. This was a wonderful apartment complex. ?
