My husband and I would like to thank Ekaterina for her excellent work. Absolutely everything from the very beginning to the end was easy and convenient. After discussing the budget for our vacation, Ekaterina found a tour for us for much less money than we had planned. She picked up a fantastic hotel in Cancun for us, which we definitely want to return to. We were in touch during the trip and had no problems. At the end of the trip, unfortunately, our flight was delayed and Ekaterina very quickly rescheduled our transportation and suggested that we might stay at the hotel while we waited for confirmation of our delayed flight. We are very satisfied with her work, and would use her again. Highly recommend.

We had enjoyed our trip to Dominican Republic very much. It was a great choice for our family. We had never stayed in all inclusive hotels so u was a bit hesitated about quality of food but my agent helped me to make a right choice by offering detailed menu in a different resort chains. Moreover we had to cancel 1 guest a day before departure and it all went smooth and thanx to agent we got a full refund for that person. Guided travel app from the company also helped me navigate our traveling with no issues. We will be back!
