We booked a tour with Jewel over the weekend, and although we haven't moved in, the property looks awesome, especially the clubhouse. Jewel herself was the best leasing professional I've dealt with in the past 20+ years. Explaining everything we needed to know, being ready for weird questions, and overall just being awesome! If we move here, it's thanks to her.

We are excited to be living at Alana, finally despite multiple move in delays. We are happy we chose to live here and management has been easy to work with. Our apartment was dirty moving in which is expected with a new build, nothing we couldn’t manage. I’m dissatisfied to see the lack of dog owners picking up after their pets when many dog bags/waste stations are provided throughout the complex.

Like everyone else is saying do not move here. Terin and Lainey are just awful people who don’t care about anyone at all but themselves. Delayed my move in 4 times. Got to my apt and there was all this damage and they didn’t care. Didn’t have the right fridge or a working microwave for a month. No working ac when it was turned on. Now I have a water leak and they want these huge fans that are extremely loud in without giving me compensation or giving me a hotel. Avoid yourself the hassle and don’t even bother touring here. Also no working washer/dryer for a month. Terin should not have a job here as she incapable of doing her job. This place is a complete joke !

My fiancée and I have spent a lot of time apartment shopping. We have toured many different apartments and no tour stacked up to the tour we got with Jewel and the Alana team. Jewel really wanted to fit our needs and not satisfy things we didn't need. She really listened and guided us in the right direction for OUR needs. We are excited to call Alana our future home! The complex is beautiful, clean, quiet, and fun. The location is hard to beat and the amenities are actually worth it! We cannot wait to move in and call Alana our home.

Move in was good and all pertinent items covered and explained. The ladies in management have been very accommodating and approachable. I do wish though that I’d been communicated with regarding when the building was ready to occupy since I was moving in from out of state. I nearly had a disaster on my hands if I had planned on moving in earlier than the 60 days allowable past the original date I was given last year.

I would like to see if there is info regarding the thermostat. It appears to be programmable through devices on WiFi and I’d love to be able to do that. Also when will the Smart Access Intercom be ready for Building 1?

The apartment was great. Awesome view of the mountains. Maintenance was great and quick to respond. Not that there were many issues. The apartments and community is beautiful. Now the down side. Apartment wasn’t ready until months after our move in date. The apartment we chose to move into we didn’t get. So we had to choose a different building and third floor. We were told the apartments were quiet and you would not hear your neighbors. Unfortunately we heard the upstairs guy all hours of the night. Just walking around in his apartment we could hear him. That’s why we originally chose to move to top floor. Tenants were letting their dogs poop in the stairway and not cleaning it up. I brought it to the attention of the office multiple times but ended up cleaning it myself. And if you want to enjoy your balcony hope your neighbors don’t sit out on theirs smoking pot or cigarettes. Overall it’s a nice place to live. Unfortunately the other tenants make it a little harder to enjoy.

Please avoid this place! I was trying to move into this apartment. After leaving my previous one, I ended up staying in a very expensive rental for two months. After several changes to the move-in date by the apartment, I was forced to find another place to live (which turned out to be a great decision). It has now been three months, and I still haven’t received my deposit refund. I must say, the office managers are great, but they can’t make any decisions for you.
