Lisa is amazing! She spent so much time with us helping us figure out what we wanted to do and then put together an amazing 2.5 week itinerary for our Europe trip for our family making sure all our wishes were taken care of. It was so amazing not worrying about the small details like train schedules because Lisa covered every detail. The hotels were amazing, all the connections were perfect! She checked in on us while we were traveling and she was so patient with all our questions. I highly recommend Lisa for travel planning. She takes the time to do the research if she doesn’t know the answer and makes it so much easier to travel not worrying about everything. We will definitely use her again in the future!

10/10 experience. Between full time jobs, and life, taking the time to plan a 2 week, 2 continent trip would have been such a headache. We were helped by Lisa Hale who knocked it out of the park and was more than accommodating to every request we needed to be met for this trip. The entire vacation went off without a hitch and that’s thanks to Lisa’s ability to account for every logistical element that needed to happen to get us to our next destination. The hotel accommodations were terrific and we made memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re wondering whether to spend the money on a travel agent - do it! Certainly you could plan the trip yourself but it’s worth every penny to have someone at travel and relax do it for you. Traveling can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be with the right help. Can’t recommend enough!

This was my first time traveling internationally, solo. Lisa was a Godsend! Very professional, helped me to plan my trip from start to finish. When there were bumps in the road along the way, she was extremely attentive and helped me work through them with no headaches.

I have known Rob and Lisa for several years now, and I finally had the opportunity to use their services for our needs. My wife and I had a trip to France that needed a good plan (we went to a destination wedding). Lisa did a wonderful job of planning all aspects of our trip, making the transitions from the different places seamless. This was huge for us. Not knowing the language makes it a challenge and a bit scary, but having prepared ahead of time and as thought out as Lisa did made the trip much more relaxing and enjoyable. Moreover, the accommodations Lisa chose for use were wonderful. I have to say this: if you are planning a trip to another country, you must use a travel agency, and I believe that travel n relax is the best!

She helped us with our 15th anniversary trip and she sought out not only romantic places to stay, but specifically booked rooms with the best views and highest reviews.
