I bought my house that Russell Woodard had listed in August. When I came to look at it on my own I saw the ac unit with the cover on and running. Told them about it and they did nothing. I came back and took it off myself but it was too late. The ac unit was literally fried. Also after closing found that the refrigerator didn't work although he himself marked all appliances in working order. When my realtor complained to him his response was "that's what you get for lowballing the house". Very unethical realtor and very poor reflection on remax.

I went through Colorado mortgage Alliance which is an in-house lender with Re/Max Alliance. My agent was Tammy Kaufman. She was absolutely amazing. Again, I had so many questions throughout the process and she answered them in such great detail. She also works around my crazy work schedule and even was willing to communicate after hours. I had text her at 9 p.m. a few times and she would always respond! I don't know what I would have done without Tammy.

I'm only familiar with one "agent" in this friendly outfit. RK well call him. He has shown several houses to my wife and I. No issues. We rented a home that Deborah Manders was hired as the listing agent. Total different situation being a renter and the owner and her agent, DM, decide the legal tenants need to go, now!!! Between the owner and agent, the email and text train is unbelievable!! Wrongful eviction, harnessing phone calls to workplaces, very disrespectful texts and emails. Always changing to the owners handlers needs for a quick sale!! Unbelievably rude! If your needing a quick sale and need the occupants out, this is the agent for you!! If your a renter, save every text and email. Your going to need them! Stay tuned, there's more to come!!

I'm sure Re/Max Alliance is good if you're trying to buy or sell a home, but if you are wanting to rent don't waste your time. Lance Walker is the worst landlord I've ever had.

I dropped off a rent check to the front desk, only to have it lost. A lot of finger pointing with one party blaming the other. He constantly invaded my privacy without adequate notice, as well as found a way to screw me out of most of my damage deposit.

I'll never do any kind of business with Re/Max Alliance again!
