I have sold properties twice with Jan Marose and am a frequent investor in real estate. I also travel extensively. Jan and her team consistently went "above and beyond" to help me in every step of the listing, selling, and even the moving process. Her communication was excellent, and she got me top-dollar with each transaction while still being transparent about market conditions even when dynamics changed against the seller's favor. She had resources that were able to help me prepare the homes for sale (e.g. painters, handymen, stagers) and was very helpful in guiding me through that process.
