Best realtor ever!! Aaron helped us find an affordable horse friendly property, which is already a miracle in this market. He negotiated us an incredible deal and then went above and beyond helping us get moved out there, including hauling our horses for us since we didn’t have a truck at the time and letting us borrow all the fencing tools we needed to get their pasture set up. Aaron and Tammy are the best! They helped me through the entire process of selling my home in under 2 months! Aaron answered my messages quickly and always had an answer even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear and I appreciate that. They offered to come over and help with any last minute repairs before showings and even came to my garage sale!
A day before closing I found myself stuck. I had nowhere for my fish to live until I was able to move into my new place. I sent Aaron a message explaining my situation. He offered to provide a temporary foster home for my fish. Within 30 minutes he and Tammy were at my house loading my fish tank into their truck! They provided an excellent foster home for my fish for a few weeks. They truly went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

Came to look at my property for valuation. Looked at MLS listings more than he did the property. Didn't even see the second lot and other outbuildings before valuing my property way under what I know its worth. Tried to price it just above a bare lot, when I have a cabin and several outbuildings, as well as other improvements which the properties on his MLS listings didn't have, but he added no value for any of it. Maybe this team are new realtors and still learning, but it didn't seem like he knew the value of real estate at all. Very inexperienced.reply to a review
Couldn't respond to his response, so I'll add it here. First, it is very unprofessional to reply to a negative review. Grow up. Second, I called and he offered to be there in two hours, not me. I just said that would work. How do you value a property without seeing all of it? I offered to walk them to property markers and they declined. Second, the septic system was engineered and permitted, and I can prove it. Also, there is generator system set-up, which he didn't even bother to look at, although it was offered. So, his information on my property, is only partially true. I just had a mortagage company out here that valued it at $130,000 last week. I know what my property is worth. Looking for someone to list it who understood its value.
Seniors, beware! This could well be a ponsi scam where they get you to sell at a lower price, then have partners buy them up and they make a killing. Either that or the guy really doesn't know what he's talking about. Don't let them take advantage of you.
