A coworker recommended Joe Silzell as a realtor and he was top notch. Joe provided a folder filled with information and explaining the process during our first meeting, was on his game every single day, quick to respond, knowledgeable, patient, and able to provide great insight and context about things I knew nothing about. Don’t go with kimbrough team. Bought 2 houses from her and her team, when I went to sell she said I could only get X amount of money. Another realtor sold it for 40k more. Now that I’m looking to sell and buy again, I was told “I’m not wasting my time on you, you didn’t use me last time, no thanks I don’t want your business.” I absolutely do not support her business, I own a business and I would not do this to any customer. Word of mouth is huge and I’m going to spread the word.

So yeah besides that the company is great. Working with a new person now and I’m being treated great.
