Don't use this for booking any travel plans, I booked well in advance of my departure date and had no communication from them up until I was to fly out . I went to inquire about my e ticket because I never received anything and was told it would be emailed soon. A day later and 2 days before I was to fly out I received an email stating my booking arrangements had been cancelled! No body would answer the phone, I had to scramble to book a last minute flight on a vacation I had planned over 8 months! They said they would "reimburse" me within 7-14 days and here it is over a month later and I have no reimbursement to speak of. Called them one more time only to be told it would be 7-14 days again, this company is a scam DON'T USE THEM!!

I never received the $535.96 travel tickets nor did I receive a refund back onto my credit card. Scammers for sure!

DON'T BOOK WITH THEM! They are 100% scamming people. My grandparents called them in order to book our flights to Florida, as an easier option opposed to booking online. Everything was fine, the tickets were legit but once it gets closer to your flight date they cancel the tickets without notifying you and take the money. When I tried looking at my flight information today it came up as my confirmation code was no longer valid. I then called the booking agency asking what happened and the man was just silent and claimed he couldn't find our flights then hung up on me. They take advantage of people and should be shut down. Luckily I found tickets that are still available and were $200 cheaper than the original. You guys are just cowards that hide behind screens, you absolutely disgust me.

DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SERVICE! They’re a complete scam. I booked a flight for two people this week and it’s been a few days with no etickets. I called their customer service who are extremely rude and will hang up on you once you express your concerns or ask for a refund. I called the airline directly and they said no bookings were made in my name and that the flight was unfortunately now full. I’ve called numerous times to ask for my refund, but it seems like only one person works there and he keeps hanging up on me. Not once have I been rude or disrespectful to them and you can hear them muttering about how displeased they are to help you.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Is there a corporate number for this company? I've been trying to get my refund from them for 4 months now. Every time I call then they say "we're processing your refund" it doesn't take 4 months to process a refund. Especially when it took 30 seconds to take my money. They tell me to contact the Refund Team. But they never give me the refund team. They hang up in your face when call. & you can never speak to a supervisor. This company is a joke.

This company was able to pose as Air Canada, redirect you to their site, even charged my card as Air Canada so I had no idea I hadn’t booked out flights via Air Canada until less than 72 hours before our flights they called to tell me they never bothered to issue tickets for flights I had booked a month prior. The flight was still available, but the tickets were now more than $1K more. Make sure you don’t end up on their site booking a flight or your vacation will be ruined, or you will pay dearly to get your flight last minute.

Booked a flight in May for the 27 of July. They took the money but never send the e ticket. Called multiple times to confirm the flight was booked and the whereabouts of the tickets. Was told everything was good and my tickets were going to be emailed within 48hrs. Fast forward to the day before my scheduled flight they call to tell me my flight number didn't exist so they were going to rebook me with another airline never got a confirmation email for the flight or anything. Call to get a refund was hung up on multiple times. Thanks to these scammers me and three children had drive to our town in Ohio from Texas last minute to celebrate my youngest birthday with our family. DON'T BOOK

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Booked my flight, then they called me that the flight has been full and I have to pay a difference in price. Checked on the airline website, just to find out I had been CHARGED MORE THAN DOUBLE the ticket amount.

Every time I tried to call and ask about a refund, they would hang up on me each single time. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND.

After telling me they cancelled my booking, they charged me a "cancellation" fee, but the original booking was never even confirmed by the airline. This is a total scam, the address is not even real.
