Liz Heidrick was instrumental in the purchase of our home and property in Crawford. She has essential knowledge of the water systems and allocations throughout the county and surrounding areas. This information is imperative to understand prior to buying any property on the western slope. In addition, Liz has a plethora of contacts and recommendations in the area that helped guide us in everything from inspectors, surveyors, general contractors, to where to get a good meal. She even went above and beyond in securing folks to help us move our personal property from the moving truck into storage. Even after Closing on our property, Liz and her friendly staff opened their office up to us for internet use until Elevate was able to hook up our Wi-Fi. Not only did he find a great property to fit all my needs, but he also gave 100% to all the details of the transaction and helped explain everything to me in terms I could understand.
