We were only "Maybe" buyers. We were looking at homes with Shawn as a family member was interviewing for a job at the hospital. Shawn spent a lot of time with us over two days. Shawn came recommended to us from a friend in Glenwood and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a trusted broker. Shawn took the time to learn our needs and goals and offered us a thorough understanding of the market in the lower Roaring Fork Valley from Carbondale, Glenwood, New Castle, Silt and Rifle.
