12/20/24-PER CCG'S RESPONSE, I emailed 2 weeks ago with NO response and then called and left a vm 7 business days after the email since I got no response, and yet here we are 5 business days after the VM with NO REPLY TO EITHER, further supporting my original review.

Horrible company to deal with from a homeowner's perspective. No communication from them, you'll have to keep contacting them for updates and hope somebody listens to your voicemail and calls you back as there doesn't seem to be an actual staffed office, and they take an unacceptable amount of time for an answer on simple requests. Also heard from a neighbor who had issues and got stuck with something that should have been the management company's (HOA's) responsibility. The fees for requests is too high as well. Would never even consider a home in a neighborhood they manage in the future.

CCG is selectively enforcing "rules" at Saddler Ridge. My neighbor received a letter because his basketball hoop was on its side. We get wind out here and turning it on its side is reasonable. When in use he puts it up. Last year I received a letter because of a "too small drainage pipe" they said I installed. The builder installed that pipe before I even closed escrow to keep the trades from driving on the newly poured driveway. They left the pipe as I was having landscaping starting 2 weeks after we closed escrow, which CCG knew about because I was approved for our project 11 days before we closed escrow. Yet they still sent me a letter when it was obvious the pipe gave access to the property without having to drive on my driveway. Should have never received the letter. Seriously consider if you want to buy into this area. Most of us would not buy here if we knew how the Board treats its residents.

I second the opinions of others with these reviews. I have yet to hear from them, as I have left voicemails and sent emails for various items and haven't gotten a reply. In addition to interest charges for banking errors on their behalf (which their bank has admitted to). I'll be putting my best efforts to have them terminated as a managing organization of my neighborhood.

My Metro district (Saddler Ridge) is corrupt. CCG enables this corruption. They fine residents (and are attempting foreclosure) on some of our 1mil plus homes for weeds, when all metro district open areas are comprised almost entirely of weeds. CCG fines us and harass us for work vehicles, while Metro board members keep their work trucks in their driveways. They fined me for a utility trailer, while concurrently the Board President had one in his backyard. CCG sends out emails to tell residents they need to "PREPARE OUR LOTS" and get them approved with CCG so the Saddler Ridge Metro District can host "The Parade of Homes" to help out the boards builder friend selling homes in the neighborhood and obtain further funding from unsuspecting new buyers. Even this post will be meant with retaliation, as I know my Board Members and CCG operates. Here was the last community mailer from CCG"

"Bridle Hill will be hosting the Parade of Homes the first two weekends in September. We want to show off the beauty of Bridle Hill and need your help to make this happen! This event not only showcases these individual properties but also enhances the overall appeal of the District, increasing property values and attracts new buyers. It is crucial that all remaining lots and these properties be sold. Let’s get those yards maintained, store those recreational vehicles, finish up those landscaping projects, and get those landscape applications over to CCG for review and approval if you have not already done so!"

While working on our HOA board, I've had the distinct pleasure of working with two absolutely phenomenal managers in Danaly and Theresa. Their incredible work ethic, kindness and professionalism has made CCG my go to recommendation for anyone looking for property management help. Their incredible team will make your life easier! They certainly have made mine!

I worked with CCG in developing a spread sheet documenting multiple factors to evaluate needed future mil levy. This was a complex spread sheet involving multiple historical and future factors. I could not have done it without their support.

I entered CCG at the Fort Collins at 08:30 and was greeted by Zach. He was very kind and welcoming. He immediately inquired how he could assist me. I explained we closed on our home and wanted to have a fence and storm door installed. I presented him with the paperwork and he promptly explained the process. My request required additional components, which he provided an email address and telephone number for ease of communication. Upon arriving back home, I sent the requested information and was advised within a few hours the request is in process. Zach made this whole experience with the HOA amazing. His demeanor is a rarity, especially in the customer service realm. He truly exudes a passion for helping others and I cannot begin to express what a great start it made to my day. I look forward to working with Zach on any future encounters.
