I researched several property management companies this summer when my long term tenants moved out after a six-year stay that I had been managing by myself. I wanted a company that was going to find quality tenants and manage the property so I could be more hands off. All County Boulder was on point from the start. They were fast and efficient with their communication with me, and they provided a very thorough local market analysis so we could price my rental appropriately. Other companies were not nearly as professional and brought no data to support the monthly rent they said I could ask for. Had I gone with the other companies, my house would have sat vacant for far longer because it was not competitively priced. We got the best monthly rate, the fastest, and with quality tenants. The leasing agent, Sun, was great at keeping me informed of potential tenants, and I felt confident that the house was leased by a family that will take good care of it and be on time with payments. With the level of inspections that All County does, I also have no doubt that my house is in great hands. Great business!

I feel like the luckiest renter in Boulder. All County has been my property manager for almost 2 years and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them. The unit I rent from All County is regularly maintained, any maintenance request (even minor) is promptly responded to, and Kelly Conner, especially, has been most helpful in easy living in this unit.
