Michael is a true professional, reliable, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his craft. He is probably one of the most professional people I have dealt with.
Michael is prompt in getting back to you with valuable information and guides you in the right direction. He takes the time to make sure you understand what he is speaking about.
I first met Michael when renting one of his units for the Summer and have to say he absolutely made my family feel at home the entire 3 months we were there. We had such a great experience with Michael that I bought a property in Colorado and Michael has managed it for me for about 5 years now. This experience has been and continues to be one of the most positive ones. Having Michael as my manager completely puts my mind at ease as I know if something occurs he will be on the phone or text me immediately and have it quickly resolved in the most efficient manner. He has a wealth of knowledge and has been somewhat of a mentor to me though he probably does not know it. He has been an integral part of many of my decisions including the purchase of our new home. I can not speak highly enough about Michael Galansky and would absolutely recommend him to help you out with all aspects of your real estate venture.

Michael goes above and beyond for his clients. He is always available to talk, schedule tours, help connect people, and send recommendations. Last year, Michael helped my family find an Airbnb in Denver because we were "testing the waters" before committing to a move. This year, in the middle of a pandemic, Michael worked with my parents - who already lived here and used Michael for the two homes they bought in Denver - and Facetime to help us find the home of our dreams. I wish there was a 10th Star for perfection because that's what I would give Michael and his staff at the Galansky Group for their continued support and search for excellence in all the services they provide. I have worked with Michael for 20 years, bought first home in 2000, bought and sold 2 others after that, just recently sold 3rd house and continue to use the broker services offered on a rental property I own. Michael and his staff know ALL the ins and outs of the profession and markets that are constantly changing. They even helped me understand and decide on financing options that were best for my situation and the market at any given time! When I say full service, I mean it.
I know with 100% certainty that I a getting the best service, quality, value, on every service they provide. Sold the house for proper/high market value from another state where I was buying another house, renting my Colorado property to a wonderful and considerate tenant for long leases with minimal interaction from me, prompt detailed responses to every single silly question I have ever asked, and being a data analyst - there were a lot of silly questions. Michael has personally helped me be successful in life because of his knowledge and experience and passion for his profession.
