DO NOT use Admin America (AA). They turned a 5 minute problem at most into 2 + months of headache and ruined my taxes. After 4 months of smooth use and operation they find a document (which was wrong and admittedly my fault) and decide to close my account without notice. The document requested in question was merely a bill for proof of residency. Very simple and easy to provide. Instead they decided to send employer and employee contributions back respectively. What follows is 2 (ongoing) months of no health coverage as well as lack luster response from the support team. Ive been told 1000 times "sorry cant offer tax advice" for questions that have nothing to do with taxes. They would not offer any real help beyond "sorry dunno". Every interaction I have had with AA leads me to believe they are bumbling idiots and also I hate their logo its stupid.

NEVER had so many issues until my employer started using this place, and I've had an FSA/HSA for over 12 years. Impossible to get a hold of, deny claims on paperwork that is correct and then when you re-submit they pull funds twice but pay out once and it's a nightmare trying to get them to see their own mistake. Will never use them again. Horrific experience, December cannot come soon enough.

I was so frustrated with the web site and had trouble getting on but Saria from the company walked me through everything and got me what I needed!! She was so amazing and I give her a 5/5!!! I even had email contact but no one helped me out as much as Saria! Thanks so much! Hopefully you get her too when you call!

Admin America has to be the most useless FSA administrator
that I have ever dealt with. I sustained a charge, to a hospital and was raked over the coals by this company to provide proof that I used my own money at a hospital.

I was unable to provide a detailed receipt for the charge, so I was asked to make a repayment.

I attempted to make a repayment via the AdminAmerica website. The website was non-existent and took me to a "Word Press" generic website. After making 5 calls in 2 days, someone reset my password, which I didn't request, and sent me to a "backdoor" portal to make payment.

I stayed on the phone with the "manager" to try and walk me through the repayment process. Their "backdoor" website did not have a place for repayment. Even their own website didn't allow for repayment of my own money. AdminAmerica finally "resolved" my repayment because their website had no way to make the repayment and refused to take my card information over the phone.

Whatever companies are paying these guys to administer their FSA should really reconsider. Their customer service is non-existent and the processes are flawed.

I will not be signing up for and FSA next year if it is administered by this company again.
