I worked with Layne McBride at The Colorado Group. He persevered and achieved a hard sell of commercial property in Lafayette. I had worked with two other realtors prior to going with The Colorado Group. There was/is low demand for property zoned B1 in Lafayette. I gave 4 stars because I never give 5 stars.
