This was my third time working with a realtor to buy or sell a house (second time buying), and Beth was the best realtor I've worked with by far. She was very thorough, professional, and pleasant at all times. She walked me through every part of every contract line by line making sure I understood the full meaning of each part of the contract rather than simply giving a broad overview of each section as other realtors who I worked with in the past did. She never made me feel rushed or tried to pressure me into making a rash decision, and I was always left feeling as though Beth genuinely cared about helping me find the best home for myself and my family. I never felt like I was just another customer or like she was only interested in earning a commission. Beth is also extremely responsive. Every time I had a question, needed to send something, or asked her for any referrals, Beth was always very quick to reply. Everyone she recommended or contacts she provided for inspectors to choose from to options for lenders, etc have all been very professional, very thorough, and very quick to respond as well. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with any real estate transaction, and if I ever decide to sell my house down the line, Beth will be the first realtor I reach out to for help.

Beth is the consummate professional, a great realtor, and has become a good friend. She spent 2.5 years helping us find our perfect home for our large family. She showed us a ton and lived through our frustrations of being outbid, or losing opportunities when we'd have to back out after offers were accepted because of catastrophic findings with home inspections.
