I live at 205 easton. Customer service is not great, are rude when asking questions. Mailroom is accessible to anyone, no sense of security for packages. Have to replace every key if one is lost, which is absurd. And very strict guest policies.

Renting an apartment from Premier Properties of New Brunswick has been wonderful. The apartment that I live in is beautiful and well taken care of. I feel very safe in the apartment. Whenever I have a problem, maintenance is super fast. The staff are very kind and easy to work with. Payment is very convenient. I am very grateful for the team for being so flexible and making my living experience in New Brunswick positive.

I have called my apartment "home" now for 4 years. I love how convenient it is to be able to walk to so many places. My actual apartment is huge and I love the extra den it has and the high ceilings being on the top floor. Premier Properties has been great to work with. It is a college town, so it can get noisy but management has been quick to address any issues including noise problems with neighbors. I feel like they listen and actual care about my living experience. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Premier and would recommend.

My laundry card was borrowed by some guy and he never returned, a nice lady in the staff room gave me a new one with funds in it for free to compensate my loss! Never seen such heartwarming property management, 5/5 stars

Spoken to with animosity when I was kindly asking about rentals. I just had some basic questions about availability and rent and was met with responses like “I’ll get to it when I can” and given attitude when I wanted help. Person responding said her name was Erica. She clearly didn’t care about her job. Don’t do the work if you can’t do it right

I have been renting with Premier Properties for a little over a year now and could not be more pleased with my expereinces. Having moved out from the Midwest I didn't realize it would be so difficult to find a place to rent in New Brunswick. However, they went above and beyond. They helped find a location that was in my budget, and got me out of an Airbnb before the week was out.

I currently reside in the same apartment and can confidently say it has been my favorite "home" to date. The facilities feel safe, well maintained, and friendly. I love my space and always feel like it is clean and comfortable. If I ever have issues they are quickly resolved and my questions promptly answered.

I extended my lease last year and plan to do the same this year! They have so many different options depending on the kind of community you're hoping to live in and have a very professional staff. I hope I can continue to rent moving forward and highly recomend these properties to any students who are struggling with off-campus options.

I am a second year graduate student at Rutgers and am so grateful I ended up with Premier Properties! 🙂
