El peor apartamento que hay en todo Houston lazy hollow village estos apartamentos tienes demasiado problema empezando por la humedad la comida la ropa se te llena de Moo ellos saben pero se hacen los locos solo dure hay 2 meses por que hasta me enferme por que todo el apartamento tenía Moo empezando desde el cielo Razo la Cosina las paredes de la sala la lasena el baño y piso está levantado y vas a la oficina no te dan ninguna solución el que en llega a vivir hay no dura mucho eso es para que la ciudad lo haga demoler ya que atenta con la salud de las personas mi apt era el ab119 no sirve esa unidad que decir de las cucarachas nunca fumigan

Voy a demandar a esta compañía por fraude. El conjunto mira vista no tiene las condiciones adecuadas para vivir y apenas acabo de entrar, sñel departamento que me dieron no posee luz en los cuartos, la bañera está tapada y mal pintada, la pocera bota el agua y no tiene tapa, hay ratones y cucarachas a morir! Y además la gerencia de condominio se burlan de mis quejas y no hacen nada al respecto, son personas sin el más mínimo de respeto a sus inquilinos. Voy a demandar! No me dejan ir porque dicen que rompo el contrato, acaso estoy obligado a vivir en ese basurero? Veamos quien gana!

Este yo creo que esta entre los peores lugares lleno de cucarachas peste a mi me rompieron la puerta pague por fuera los de mantenimiento nunca vinieron despues de tanto quejarme me cambiaron el cerrojo y me dejaron fuera sin llave 2 horas con mi niña en general nada sirve lo peor

Horrible management company and apartment complexes!!! Excel management refuses to fix anything!! Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom...The roof has collapsed on my daughter and it still has not been fixed from damage done in August... Looks like the ceiling wants to collapse in multiple places but they don't bother to fix it... Maybe my family isn't the right ethnicity to be treated fairly!!! If anyone can offer legal assistance or point me in the direction to get help with this situation it would be greatly appreciated!!

Slum lords! That isn't their building! This is another one of their properties not their corporate office. They refused to return any calls! No maintenance! Termites and spider mites infestation I've been fighting three months. Illegal lock outs which is against the law in general. City doesn't handle area it's county but City, county and apartment association have tried to reach them. Never respond to anyone's calls or emails. The lazy hollow address is for another property they manage and when you call that number they tell you they aren't the corporate office. It's fraud! No one speaks English and no maintenance ever done. 24 burn units rotting for 2 years and people throw household trash over there. I've begged for help for 3 months and they refused to walk unit and help! Slum lords! I got an attorney thank God! I've spent hundreds on insecticide and paid an exterminator to resolve my issue. Exterminator they use isn't licensed and never follows up and never has materials on hand. Awful evil people!!

They're cheap but the property and apartments are not kept up. And I have been with Excelsior on the Park before Texas Excel Property Management took over. But they aren't any better. I have to constantly go to the leasing office to put in a work order for the same issue. Nothing every gets fixed on time, the water is constantly being shut off sometimes without prior notice. But they will definitely send out emails to remind you of the rent being due. I haven't been able to utilize the pool since I've lived there. Nothing in my apartment was replaced when the previous tenants left. There are bed bugs in the units. I can't get my carpet cleaned unless rent a carpet cleaner myself. The mailboxes are constantly broke. They took away the playground for the children. They also took away the fitness center and business center. The pictures of the model apartments that are on the website do not look like that in person.

I went here today to talk to somebody about my delinquent balance that they said I have with them from my Palms on westheimer apartment . I sit and I sat and I left . Basically nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help or what am I doing there and I sat there for a while. So I just emailed the corporate office. I did call the phone number while in the office and yeah nobody picked up the phone. Lol ? I am like dam I want a job like this. Because everybody having a good time and people are here waiting for service. That's ok that's why there are multiple contacts and emails and a corporate office available. So that number at the bottom of the site doesn't work it goes to a Verizon message. So what everybody wants to do is Google search 713-783-0310 and then you will get the right website and contact. I find it funny right now but at the moment I was like what are they doing. Maybe everybody was having a off day literally. So my advice to everybody is to go in and to hover over whoever is there at a desk because if you sit down somewhere and wait they are not going to greet or ask you anything and it was plenty of people there working on a Saturday. Excel Management Corporate office please get back to me. This is why reviews are important because people can give other people advice on how to deal with what they went through . Service terrible. I hope I can get everything taken care of. My leasing office was closed because of somebody death nearby to it . I was just going to see if Excel Management replied back to the email. Obviously I couldn't that's why I went to Excel Management Houston HQ lol . Yeah corporate might want to audit their locations here in Houston.

DO NEVER RENT HERE. It’s the worst apartment to rent. The manager doesn’t help you, the corporate doesn’t give any answers on the problems. In my apartment i had leaks since October of 2023. I did send a lot of emails to fix it and nobody did nothing. The kitchen roof fell, a disgusting smell and every time i went to talk to the manager, she always said: the roofers are coming this week to fix it. That never happened!!!!. I lived 4 months in that apartment and finally gave me another one, but the process to move in was frustrating. Told me on Saturday and wasn’t ready. Finally on Monday but wasn’t painted or cleaned. PEOPLE, DONT RENT HERE, DONT DO IT. Look how I was living before…
