Llevo 8 meses viviendo en uno de sus departamentos y al inicio todo bien. Siempre pago mi renta sin demora y evito que el molestar a los vecinos. Desde hace 4 semanas mudaron a otra familia en el departamento que queda justo sobre el mío y es imposible el poder dormir. Ya he hablado a la manager varias veces y ellos no toman ninguna acción, la verdad les importa más el dinero que el bienestar y tranquilidad de sus inquilinos, estoy ansioso de que llegue el fin del contrato para irme porque es imposible el poder vivir así, terminé tomando medicamentos para la migraña a causa de no poder dormir y el cansancio es insoportable pues apenas puedo descansar. La verdad no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Everyone I have worked with on the Zeal team has been incredibly amicable and helpful with all my needs and questions throughout the whole process from browsing to living and maintence of my rental. Will was exceptionally friendly and helped me find a different and more suitable property that I was initially considering. Once I moved in, Brittany has always made sure any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered and taken care of. Every staff member I have interacted with has made themselves available even after business hours. Every time I had a maintenance question or routine service Matt has been prompt and fixed it perfectly. These people go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy and feel comfortable approaching them with any questions or needs. More than just property management; they make you feel safe, welcomed, and happy about your home!

I lived in my apartment for 7 years and bought a new home of my own finally in March of this year.
Out of those 7 years Zeal was my property management company for 6 of those 7 years.
I would have loved to give them a great review because honestly Stephanie was a great manager. But she was only there for a short time and Scott is the owner and he's a terrible person and so are most of the people he works with and hires.
Don't even expect to get a refund from your deposit because you will not. They will lie and try to squeeze you dry for every penny.
With just that said I lived with cockroaches in my apartment for 4 of those 7 years. Until Stephanie finally did something about it.
I lived through an entire colorado
Winter without a window because Scott refused to replace it when it broke.
Good luck and please ignore the good reviews that you see because they are fake.

I have the pleasure of renting from Zeal since 2023 and my experience has been nothing but professional. The Management team starting with Jeff as Community Director and Natalia the ACD along with Matt and Tone the maintenance team. From the moment I applied to live here to the openness and helpfulness in getting things fixed when I needed it.
This team has been eager in getting things completed and always available to here you out and will go out of their way to assist you in any way possible in keeping you comfortable in your home. Being new to the state and having a Husky is hard but this company has been an absolute God send to me. If you are looking for not just an apartment but a rebuttable company that listens to their tenants and are willing to help you leasing an apartment you have definitely found the right place for you.
The team is driven in making things better and will always be patient and understanding with the know how to get things done for the tenants. You don't have to be concerned about your safety we have around the clock security the budling is clean and quite very pet friendly. You know your neighbors.
My time here has been nothing but reassuring and safe plus I am confident in their ability to go over and beyond in assisting my apartment living needs. Zeal is a great property to rent from and call your home.

I am currently moving out of my apartment, while my roommate is staying in a new tenant is coming in. Britnee Alderson is the most horrible property manager that I’ve ever encountered. She is super unprofessional, rude condescending, and overall unhelpful. She has made this experience far more stressful than necessary and refuses to help aid in getting my deposit back which she legally has no right to withhold. It is unfortunate that someone that deals with people has such a loathing for them at the same time. Would highly not recommend renting with Zeal property Management and Boulder due to This woman.

Horrible. In the 5 months I lived in the apartment it flooded 4 times, w/d broke, the apartment was always 80 degrees, had to call the fire department to let them know the boiler room next door was a mess and there were always maintenance in my apartment - every single week.
The apartment could NOT be fixed so they let me break my lease. They rented out an apartment that was so poorly remodeled there was no option but for me to move out. Insane.

I walked by 2955 Vallejo today - every single door is boarded up and the stair case looks like it collapsed.

How incredibly terrible for the residents that were still living there, I am so so happy I got out when I did.
It still blows my mind how insanely horribly ran this company is.
