Centennial just took over management duties for a unit I'm renting. I had an Amy show up to my door with no invite/warning, and on first introduction, argue with me and try to serve me an "eviction notice" hahaha. Great first impressions, got it all on camera. I was on a call with 208 people at my company who now know who Amy T is. Good times. It's pretty clear day 1, there is a staff of immature/angry/rude/entitled feeling people operating this business. I would steer clear of Centennial, for any rental or owning opportunities. Good luck!

Long overdue update, but we were taken to court within that month and evicted with little to no notice due to a new owner buying the building and wanting to remodel the place and rent it for more. A new owner that is very passionate about affordable housing might add.

I would give this place no stars if I could worst realty company around tried selling my home and after 5 months no body had come to see my home took them over 2 weeks to list it first off. So if your looking for a great real estate agent I suggest going else where that is not any place located in leadville
