Hope S. was fantastic! She gave excellent advice and help us find our dream property. She was patient and thorough with all not many questions, and made things as easy as possible. We were set up to receive notifications of new MLS properties as they came available based on our specific criteria, which was really convenient. I am thrilled with my purchase, and after the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever experienced, we planted some trees the same day to commemorate our new land. Finding a good property manager can be difficult if not impossible. Jay Martinez has been wonderful. He got our places rented out and has made the process easy. So much that I’m willing to write a review (to which I never do) and have recommended him to friends.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We moved out of the rental home on August 31st and today, November 11th they still have not closed our account and given us the deposit back. State law says they are required to return deposits within 60 days. Our account currently says we owe them over $5,000 and we have not occupied the home since August. The house is also for sale! How do we owe you rent when the house is sitting on the market? The staff NEVER respond to calls, emails, even text messages. We have already contacted a lawyer and will also be contacting the better business bureau. Do not work with these people.

Overall we had a great experience with Trinity and our property manager Jay! They took care of some legal stuff when we had tenants back out of a lease, they always found good tenants to rent our house, and always had time to talk when an issue came up.
