I can not recommend them enough! We moved to Colorado from out of state and Matt & Lindsey went the extra mile to make sure everything went great! Now let me tell you, we were not easy clients. We only kind of knew what we wanted and therefore looked at such a range of houses in different areas, with different styles, over a large price range ($300-650k). We had limited availability to travel out here and they worked with our schedule and prioritized houses we liked most to ensure we got to see them. We ended up buying from a flipping company that was a HUGE pain and Matt & Lindsey were incredibly helpful, professional, upfront and worked very hard to get us our dream home. They finance professionals they suggested were phenomenal as well! Overall, we HIGHLY recommend them!!

I had to take time out of my day to toot the horn of this team because they blew me away. I have a real estate background and am fairly familiar with the home buying process. However, this was my first time purchasing a home of my own and it felt like the weight of the world was going to come crashing down on me at any point. Lindsey and Matt were the only part of this process that felt seamless. They sat with me and talked through my wants, needs, and detailed the process step by step. They connected me with an absolute shark of a lender who seemed to do the impossible. Matt toured about 800 homes listening to me thoroughly to understand exactly what I am looking for and made the process of shopping so fun. Until finally, we found her! EEK! Lindsey and her admin team were so on the ball. She went through every document with me in detail and made sure I felt comfortable signing each of these. The inspection has potential to be boring or stressful for most, but for me... it was one of the best parts of my home buying experience. As silly as it sounds, I had so much fun getting to spend time in my house (before it was my house) and getting to know both Lindsey better and their teammate Candice. When the report came back, I was so stressed that I would be stuck starting back in square one or that the hazards to be fixed would fall on me, but Lindsey fought HARD for me. She handed over a detailed description of our requests and why they were 100% necessary. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. We managed to check all the boxes off early with their hard work and it was coasting to closing. The biggest purchase couldn't have been more harmonious and simply euphoric. Above all, working with Matt and Lindsey didn't feel like just a transaction. It felt like working with friends you've known forever. If you're buying, selling, or looking to invest, I can't recommend Matt and Lindsey Talafuse enough. They'll make you feel like family while getting the job done!
