Over the course of a month long home search I couldn't be happier to have worked with action team rentals. My wife and I purchased our first home in 2017 with Todd as our realtor. I can not stress enough how much effort he put into helping us and walking us through the process, I think we made him walk us through about 15 houses in three days. When we moved on and out we decided to use Scott as our property manager and he has gone above and beyond by assisting us with several insurance claims, from roof to doors and carpet, and most recently having to have the entire kitchen remodeled. I was overseas and out of reach and he communicated with USAA on my behalf and made sure all work was done beautifully and quickly. I couldn't ask for more out of a company and can't recommend them enough!

I recently had a terrible experience with Action Team Realty during my rental with Craig. After moving out, they unjustly withheld our deposit, claiming we were responsible for several issues that were either pre-existing or improperly disclosed in the lease.

The lease itself was riddled with hidden clauses that seemed designed to shift responsibility onto us as tenants. We took great care of the property, yet they attempted to charge us for repairs that should have been the landlord's responsibility. Communication with Craig was frustrating; he was unresponsive when we sought clarification on these charges.

Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against renting from Action Team Realty unless you want to deal with unethical practices and hidden costs.

What an amazing management company!!!! We didn’t have any issues with them they were efficient and quick with any issues we had! Mike was able to answer all my inquiries I had! When my husband and I moved in they welcomed us and even gave us a bag full of goodies to move in! Now unfortunately we are relocating to another state. We now have to end our lease but they have made it really easy for us to move! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

Rosa has made the process of getting our dream condo so easy!

We were scammed by a different real estate company and lost what we thought was our dream place. Rosa got us into a listing in the same neighborhood within a week of calling. It's a better unit, in better condition. We couldn't be more thankful for her and the team at Action Realty!!

She also handled our paperwork and any nuances with such grace. I could not recommend her enough!!!! Thank you ATR!
