Longmont Property Group has been managing my rental properties since 2019. I'm pleased with their professional services. The owner portal makes it easy to review financial reports for my rental properties. Communication is excellent, with regular email updates about payments and issues. Repairs and maintenance are done quickly, and I feel confident my properties and tenants are well cared for by LPG.

The staff was great to work with, finding/placing a tenant was a seamless process, and they have an easy to use, organized system to manage expenses and maintenance. Definitely recommended as a local property management company that strikes a good balance of large enough to have experience managing many properties but small enough to be responsive and give their customers the attention they need.

This experience comes as a renter, not an owner. Every LPG employee that I ever interacted with was kind, patient, and very helpful. Other property management companies that I've rented from in the past clearly only cared about the owner and themselves. Andrea and Tyla are who I worked with over a few years and they were always responsive and really brought a personal aspect to what is usually purely a business transaction. They responded to maintenance requests very quickly and got them handled, as well, which I really care about as a renter. Overall, I'd recommend renting from them to anyone.

We've been renting with Longmont Property Group for 4 years now, and there are many good reasons for it. With so many greedy companies or irresponsible small landlords managing properties in town, it is a breath of fresh air to have a human connection, but also a professional approach. LPG is the best property manager I have worked with. They didn't discriminate against us for living with housemates, and worked with us to provide the correct needed information when a good roommate situation turned into a personal nightmare.
