I had the great pleasure to work with Caleb while looking for a new office space for my association. Caleb was the listing agent and though it was clearly stated and understood from our first meeting that his professional responsibilities were with the landlord, he went above and beyond to help us secure the office space we wanted in terms that were beneficial to both sides.
