Meredith Loux is the worst leasing agent I have dealt with in my 32 years of life. Initially she presented the landlords to be reasonable people which we learned 2 days into the lease that wasn’t true. The landlords made minimal and only necessary repairs during our lease term. We were presented that they had interest in caring for and fixing the home up as we lived there. During the showings she showed up late every single occurrence of showing the property and was demanding and threatened that if we didn’t accommodate the showings the home wouldn’t rent. Now we are also dealing with her recourse with the landlords as in the walkthrough and via text message she stated the home looked “great”. I guess not as the landlords have withheld our security deposit. I would strongly recommend not working with Meredith Loux and Thomas and Jody Moore as landlords.

I worked with Sophie on the purchase of my first home and she was exactly the person I needed on my team. She was very attentive to what I was looking for in a condo, was happy to answer any questions that came up, and was incredibly responsive. I credit Sophie to helping me find my perfect home. Not only was Josh the most professional, knowledgeable, proactive, detailed and informative realtor I could have chosen, but one of the nicest and friendliest persons, to boot!. So, the experience went very smooth and Josh took all the work off my hands and made everything appear seamless. I had my home sold in 4 days with many offers, thanks to Josh, and a purchase price much higher than I would have anticipated. I can't thank Josh enough for all of his hard work. Mentioned there was a fee, and they elected to go with another person who would do it for free.

Seems like this company is strictly financially motivated, and if they’re calling every contractor they can find they aren’t super respectful or considerate of contractors times. I’m sure this reflects on their service to their customers as well.

Brian Rivera sent me an embarrassingly ridiculous suggestion, rather than provide any support. Now they have me jumping through hoops to get removed from the list (for the 2nd time). What a sham.

Poor standards. Do not work with this company, especially their agent Gina Cornelison. I was renting a home she was about to lease. She rushed to get me out of the house, gave me attitude about it the entire time and became hard to get in touch with when I became a potential buyer of the home. She told the homeowner my loan (from Lending Tree) was not good enough and pushed her network of lenders and real estate agents on me, making me feel like I didnt have a chance unless I used them. Needless to say, she made me feel so uncomfortable that I didnt want to spend my hard earned money on her or her company. Unprofessional, rude, liar and sense of entitlement. My loan officer and my real estate agent both felt she was very hard to work with. I talked to the owner of this company and he tried to defend her actions. There are plenty of other polite and professional real estate agents out there. Keep looking!!!!
