I rented the same the property for almost seven years, and they have a termination clause that allows them to kick you out of your residence for NO reason with a 30 day notice.

I say this for two reasons: you should know what’s in your lease, they said “yes” to me approximately 78 months in a row.

They will not properly test your well as recommended by the state, any repairs made will likely be made by an unlicensed contractor or in my case, by the realtor.

Extremely unprofessional, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for landlords.

Melody even asked her buyers to do work on the place before they bought it. All of this is documented and I’d be happy to share with anyone who wants to see.

There’s a reason this company has such low ratings. They consistently under perform.

I’m thrilled to no longer be associated with them in any way.

Crooks, cheats, and thieves!

We did an incredible job cleaning the house we rented through this company. On our walk through, the manager, Mary Anne, even commented about spotless the place was and how we had obviously put in a ton of work. She was happy, and so were we.

Two months(!) after moving out, they finally got our deposit back to us. They charged $700 in cleaning fees- $350 for cleaning, and $350 for carpet cleaning. When we called, Mary Anne was conveniently on vacation.

Crooked, crooked management, dishonest people, and genuine scum of the earth. I urge anyone looking to rent a place in Nederland to steer clear of these cheats. I also urge anyone with rental property looking for management to put your business elsewhere- you don't want you or your property associated with these people.

Moved in and the yard was filthy. Filled a pick up truck with trash ourselves and took it to dump. We made the yard look 10x better than when we moved in.

Tried to charge us an arm and a leg to fix the furnace upon move out... We told them multiple times it wasn't working over the winter and then we didn't have heat for weeks in the middle of winter. Also they charged us 300$ for "window cleaning" ...whatever that means. They are shady and will try to take your money. Stay away. We had to threaten legal involvement to get a fair security deposit back.
