Caryn at apartment solutions does a PHENOMENAL job navigating difficult situations when it comes to finding a place to live. There are many HOAs, individual landlords, and other property management companies that don't do things the right (or sometimes even legal) way, and Caryn is an expert at figuring out ways to help her clients. I can't recommend them enough!

I reached out to the Apartment Solutions Naperville team and I was very disappointed. I listed out my partner and I’s wants in an apartment and our budget, $1500/mo. They replied saying they only work with “managed apartment properties” and then sent a link for a non-profit low income website.

I am so happy such websites exist, but I never indicated that my partner and I are low income. Combined, we make a six figure income. We just needed help looking for apartments that are available in the fall. So many are popping up now and getting taken, we just wanted to get a head start, but they assumed we were low income and sent us on our way.

Finding an apartment in a price range that makes you feel comfortable in this economy is really hard, and you would expect the people who get paid to help you find your dream residence would help you navigate how tough it is.

I do not recommend this service because apparently a six figure income and $1500 a month is considered low income to them.

These people are amazing!! I was struggling to get into an apartment, and it was last minute. I shared my personal financial situation. Caryn told me exactly what I needed to do. I followed her advice. Caryn provided a list properties, stating I would be accepted at any of them. I was skeptical because I was having a hard time, spent so much money on application and fees. I picked the one I liked the most, my dream apartment! I was accepted in minutes. I move in, in a couple days! I can’t thank Caryn and Apartment Solutions enough! So excited about my new home!
