I am only giving this rating because Patrick was as diligent and proactive in resolving our issue as he could possibly be. I undersrsnd that things happen and am happy that he got it done for us.

There is one big problem and it made me feel like I was being scammed and I only want to give this information so the company can adjust fire and avoid this in the future. It is one employee that lied to me on two occasions and failed completely in disseminating pertinent information, she misinterpreted our contract (to the point that I had to illicit help to legally define what was due to us) and failed in tracking our funds in escrow. Whomever wrote the second check to us even delivered it to an office that we are unfamiliar with and never contacted us to let us know that it was there.

This lady even hung up when I simply voiced that her actions had caused my family a great deal of anxiety and that we were fined by our banking institution because of the poor handling of our situation.

After all of this, I did not even get an apology. I cannot advise anyone to use this institution unless you have thoroughly reviewed and undersrand your contract or just use Patrick.
