We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I felt so bad for the home owner. I reported that part of the floor was warping in December 2021. Nobody came, so I reported it again in January and February. Nobody showed up until March 2022. The poor homeowner had to pay for floor replacement because the problem was left for SO long.

We struggled to get return calls from C & C and when we did, we often received conflicting information. Monique does everything she can to take deposits from renters. We were charged $320 to clean a house that was cleaner than we moved in! She nickels and dimes the deposits until there is nothing left, while badmouthing the owners and saying they are the problem. We moved out of a property in July and as of October we have still received none of our deposit back. The only response we have gotten is, "I have 60 days to return money if you have any left".

This is the most unprofessional and dishonest rental company I have ever dealt with. If you decide to use this company, be prepared for dishonesty and no professionalism. They demand their money up front and quickly, but do not return deposits. Watch your back!

I contacted them to find out what their minimum credit score requirement is for potential tenants before starting the application process and wasting time and money on an application that would just be thrown out. Instead of addressing my direct question, they emailed a generic response instructing me to fill out the application before viewing any properties. A family member applied through them and wasted $80 in application fees. They didn't inform her until afterward that they require a 620 credit score to recommend any potential renters to their owners. In my opinion, that's theft. Why not simply tell potential tenants credit requirements prior to taking their money? Dishonest and unprofessional. Credit scores took a hit due to the pandemic and recession and this should be considered especially when all bills are paid and accounts current plus great rental references and job history.
